BoldMio sells art posters and framed posters designed to enhance interior spaces.

We currently do not offer personalised designs. Customers can choose from our existing designs, available sizes and frame options.

No. Your purchase includes a physical poster or framed poster, depending on the option selected. The digital file is not included.

Yes. You can order either an unframed print or a framed version.

If you order a print only, you will receive the poster without a frame. If you order a framed version, the poster will arrive already framed as a finished product.

Our posters are available in the following sizes:

• 21 × 30 cm
• 30 × 40 cm
• 40 × 50 cm
• 50 × 70 cm

Paper: Premium matte paper is heavier-weight, white, and features a smooth, uncoated finish that feels luxuriously soft to the touch:

• Paper Finishing: Matte, smooth, non-reflective surface.
• Paper Weight: 200 gsm (80 lb), thickness: 0.26 mm (10.3 mils).
• Sustainable Paper: FSC-certified or equivalent paper for sustainability.

Frame: Premium wooden frames, crafted from responsibly sourced oak or ash, feature unique wood grains for added character, making them ideal for those seeking to showcase world-class quality artwork:

• Ready-to-hang: Includes hanging kit, ready to hang directly on the wall.
• Frame Material: Responsibly sourced oak and ash wood.
• Frame Color: Black and white, showcasing the distinct wood grain.
• Frame Measurements: 20mm (0.79") thick and wide, wider than the classic 14mm (0.55") frame.
• Protection:
  Shatterproof plexiglass protects the poster.

Shipping costs are displayed in the online store during the ordering process.

Delivery is available to countries where the selected product can be produced and delivered. Country availability and shipping costs are shown during checkout.

Estimated delivery

• Unframed posters: 4–7 business days
• Framed posters: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method. The exact estimated delivery date is shown at checkout.

Once payment has been successfully completed, the order may be sent into production and cannot be cancelled or changed.

Products are made to order, so returns due only to a change of mind are not accepted.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrectly produced product, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at boldmiostudio@gmail.com.

Please include:

• Order number
• A description of the problem
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the outer packaging
• Photos of the internal protective packaging

After reviewing the claim, we may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate. Please keep the product and all packaging until the claim has been resolved.
