Welcome to the BoldMio. online store. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and Sale.

BoldMio. is the seller and contracting party. Our POD partners act as external print-production and fulfillment partners and are not parties to the sales contract between BoldMio and the customer.
2. Products
BoldMio sells physical art prints and framed art prints.
Products are produced after an order is placed through our POD partners and delivery partners. Customers may select from the designs, sizes, materials and frame options displayed on the website.
BoldMio does not currently offer personalised designs, names, text or other individual modifications.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Minor differences in colour, contrast, texture, paper, framing and appearance may occur because of differences between screens, materials, production equipment and printing processes.
Minor colour variations that remain within normal production tolerances do not necessarily constitute a product defect.
3. Prices, Taxes and Customs Charges
All prices are displayed in euros unless otherwise stated.
Any applicable taxes collected by BoldMio. are shown at checkout. Shipping costs are displayed separately where applicable.
Depending on the destination country, additional customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges may be imposed by local authorities or the delivery provider. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
By completing checkout, the customer submits an order to purchase the selected product.
An order is accepted when BoldMio. sends an order confirmation by email or otherwise confirms the order. Payment must be successfully completed before production begins.
After an order has been accepted, it may be automatically transmitted to our POD partners for production. For this reason, cancellation or modification requests must be submitted as soon as possible and may only be possible before production has started.
BoldMio. may cancel an order if there is a technical error, incorrect pricing, payment failure, product unavailability, delivery limitation or inability to fulfil the order. If BoldMio. cancels an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for that order will be refunded.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights.
5. Production and Delivery
Production and delivery times depend on the selected product, destination, production facility, material availability and shipping method.
Estimated production and delivery times displayed on the website or during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery deadlines, except where a specific deadline is required by applicable law.
Delays may occur because of production issues, carrier delays, customs procedures, weather, strikes, technical problems or other circumstances outside BoldMio’s reasonable control.
Tracking information may not be available for every order or shipping method.
Delivery is available only to destinations supported for the selected product and shipping method at the time of purchase.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for accepting the shipment.
If an order is returned or disposed of because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery or failure to collect the shipment, the customer may be responsible for additional production and shipping costs for a replacement order, where permitted by applicable law.
If an order appears to be lost in transit, the customer should contact BoldMio as soon as possible and, where possible, within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so that a claim can be submitted to our POD partners or the relevant delivery provider. This does not limit any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
6. Returns, Withdrawal, Defective Products and Refunds
BoldMio. generally does not accept ordinary returns because products are produced specifically for individual orders.
However, this does not exclude any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, conformity, warranty or other consumer rights applicable to a particular order.
Where applicable law grants the customer a right to withdraw from the contract, the customer may exercise that right by contacting BoldMio at boldmiostudio@gmail.com. BoldMio will provide the applicable return instructions and refund information.
If a product is damaged, defective, incorrectly produced or materially different from the product ordered, the customer should contact BoldMio within 14 days of receiving the product where possible. To help us process the claim, the customer should provide:
- the order number;
- a description of the problem;
- photographs of the product;
- photographs of the external packaging and internal packaging materials;
- a photograph of the shipping label, if available.
BoldMio will review the claim and, where appropriate, submit it to our POD partner or the relevant delivery provider. If the claim is confirmed, the available remedy may include a replacement, reprint, repair or refund, depending on the circumstances and the customer’s mandatory legal rights.
Our POD partner may provide a complimentary replacement where its quality team confirms that the issue was not caused by the customer’s submitted content or misuse. If a replacement is not feasible, a refund may be requested.
The customer should not return a product unless BoldMio. has first provided return instructions.
7. Payment
Payments are processed through PayPal and any other payment providers made available at checkout.
Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
BoldMio. does not have access to or store the customer’s full payment card details. Payment information is handled by the relevant payment provider in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy.
8. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All designs, illustrations, photographs, graphics, text, logos and other content available on the BoldMio. website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
The purchase of a physical product grants the customer ownership of that physical product for personal, non-commercial use. It does not transfer ownership of any digital file, copyright, trademark or reproduction right.
Without prior written permission, customers may not:
- copy, scan or reproduce a design;
- reprint or distribute a design;
- sell or license a design;
- use a design for commercial purposes;
- remove copyright or branding notices;
- use the design to create other products or materials.
9. Customer Information and Accounts
Customers must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.
Customers are responsible for keeping account login details confidential and for all activity carried out through their account.
BoldMio. may restrict or terminate an account in cases of misuse, fraudulent activity, false information or violation of these Terms.
10. Liability
BoldMio. is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including production interruptions, carrier problems, customs procedures, natural disasters, strikes, technical failures or other exceptional events.
However, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits BoldMio.’s responsibility for defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or undelivered products where such responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
11. Product and Terms Changes
BoldMio. may change prices, designs, sizes, materials, frame options, delivery options and other product characteristics.
Changes to these Terms take effect when published on the website and do not affect orders that have already been accepted, unless otherwise required by law.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in the customer’s country of residence.
Customers are encouraged to contact BoldMio. at boldmiostudio@gmail.com before initiating formal proceedings so that the matter can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved amicably.
